I’m Will Phillips, a British/Irish life and relationship coach based in Sitges, near Barcelona. I work with English-speaking clients online around the world, and locally in Sitges and Barcelona.
My approach is warm, honest and practical. We explore what is happening, what matters to you and the steps you feel ready to take. You do not need the right words or a clear plan before we begin.
I work with people of every gender and sexual orientation, with a particular focus on gay men over 40, expats and people navigating relationship change.
Expect careful listening, thoughtful questions and practical next steps. You stay in charge of your decisions.

Individual coaching

Couples coaching

Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. We can start with what is happening for you, even if you feel unsure or do not have the right words yet.
What happens in the first session?
We explore what brought you here, agree a focus and identify manageable next steps together.
Which option should I choose?
Next Chapter gives you six sessions of structured support through relationship change. Single sessions suit a specific issue. If you are unsure, choose a free Clarity Call with no obligation to buy.
How do online sessions work?
We meet by video call in English. Booking details arrive by email. Choose a quiet, private space where you can talk comfortably.
Can I rearrange a session?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Next Chapter sessions must be used within eight weeks. Read the full terms before booking.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
Coaching focuses on your choices and practical steps forward. It does not replace therapy, medical treatment or crisis support. A free Clarity Call can help you explore whether coaching fits your needs.

Reset Skills for schools
Practical skills for life beyond the classroom. An online programme for pupils aged 16–18, delivered through LearnWorlds across four modules.
Pupils can reflect, build self-awareness and explore practical ways to navigate everyday challenges and change. Schools can fit the modules around their timetable, with one a week recommended.
