The Reset Schools Programme

STARTING FROM OCTOBER 2026

WHAT IS THE RESET SCHOOLS PROGRAMME?

Helping Young People Build Confidence, Resilience and Healthy Relationships

Young people today face increasing pressure from social media, academic expectations, peer relationships and uncertainty about the future.

The Reset Schools Programme has been designed to help students aged 16-18 develop the self-awareness, confidence, communication skills and emotional resilience they need to navigate these challenges successfully.

Delivered through four engaging classroom sessions supported by online learning activities, The Reset provides practical, real-world skills that students can apply immediately in school, at home and throughout their adult lives.

Schools are increasingly expected to support students' emotional wellbeing, resilience and personal development alongside academic achievement.

The Reset Schools Programme complements existing Learning for Life and Work (LLW), Personal Development and Relationships Education provision by helping students:

✓ Understand themselves more effectively

✓ Build confidence and self-belief

✓ Develop healthier relationships

✓ Improve communication skills

✓ Manage stress and pressure

✓ Make positive decisions for their future

The programme focuses on practical life skills that support both personal wellbeing and educational success.
