Private Life & Relationship Coaching

Each booked 60-minute Private Life & Relationship Coaching session includes up to three brief written WhatsApp check-ins after the session. Messages are reviewed during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–14:00 Spain time. No immediate response is guaranteed.

WhatsApp contact is not ongoing chat or unlimited support and is not intended for urgent or crisis support. If urgent or specialist support is required, please contact an appropriately qualified service.

Booking and payment

Full payment is required when you book a session, package or monthly coaching option. Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.

All prices shown on this website for Spanish consumers are final prices including IVA.

A free consultation is a 30-minute conversation to discuss your needs and whether coaching is suitable. It is not a coaching session and does not commit you to purchase.

Cancellation and rescheduling

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, may be charged in full and are not refundable because the appointment time has been reserved for you.

Monthly coaching options

THE RESET Starter is €89 per month, including IVA, and includes two private 45-minute online coaching sessions each month. WhatsApp support is not included. There is no minimum commitment.

THE RESET is €159 per month, including IVA, and includes four private 45-minute online coaching sessions each month, plus up to three brief written WhatsApp support messages per calendar week. These messages provide focused, guided support between sessions. Messages are reviewed during working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–14:00 Spain time. No immediate response is guaranteed. WhatsApp is not ongoing chat, unlimited support, or crisis support. Unused messages cannot be carried forward. WhatsApp support may be paused or limited if the agreed boundaries are repeatedly exceeded.

THE RESET has a minimum subscription term of three consecutive months. By purchasing THE RESET, you agree to make three consecutive monthly payments. If you request cancellation during the minimum term, cancellation will take effect only after the third monthly payment has been made. After the minimum term, the subscription continues on a monthly rolling basis and may be cancelled before the next renewal date. Sessions must be used within the relevant billing month and cannot be carried forward.

This three-month minimum applies to new THE RESET subscriptions purchased on or after 10 September 2026. Existing subscriptions remain subject to the terms accepted when purchased.

Packages

The Change Plan is €165 including IVA and includes three 60-minute sessions to be used within six weeks.

The Couples Change Plan is €219 including IVA and includes three 60-minute sessions to be used within eight weeks.

Coaching boundaries

All services are coaching, not therapy, counselling, medical advice or crisis support. If you need urgent or specialist support, please contact an appropriately qualified service.

Any session time beyond the included duration is charged separately at the current standard rate.
