Boundaries, clear communication and navigating peer and social dynamics.

Managing Pressure & Positive Decision-Making

Thinking clearly under pressure — managing risk, emotion and peer influence.

Five structured activities per session: welcome video, core teaching, written reflection, interactive quiz and personal action task
Self-paced online delivery — fits tutor time, PSHE or enrichment slots
Students access via any device — no specialist IT required
