6 MONTH FOCUS
• 10 x 60-minute coaching sessions over approximately 5 to 6 months.
• A clearer sense of what a meaningful life and fulfilling relationships look like for you
• A stronger feeling of calm and confidence around the choices you make
• Real, visible progress toward the things that matter most in your life
• More consistent action and fewer moments of doubt or feeling stuck
• Ongoing support and guidance from me between sessions when you need it
