The Reset Schools Programme
STARTING FROM July 2026
WHAT IS THE RESET SCHOOLS PROGRAMME?
Helping Young People Build Confidence, Resilience and Healthy Relationships
Young people today face increasing pressure from social media, academic expectations, peer relationships and uncertainty about the future.
The Reset Schools Programme has been designed to help students aged 16-18 develop the self-awareness, confidence, communication skills and emotional resilience they need to navigate these challenges successfully.
Delivered through four engaging classroom sessions supported by online learning activities, The Reset provides practical, real-world skills that students can apply immediately in school, at home and throughout their adult lives.
Schools are increasingly expected to support students' emotional wellbeing, resilience and personal development alongside academic achievement.
The Reset Schools Programme complements existing Learning for Life and Work (LLW), Personal Development and Relationships Education provision by helping students:
✓ Understand themselves more effectively
✓ Build confidence and self-belief
✓ Develop healthier relationships
✓ Improve communication skills
✓ Manage stress and pressure
✓ Make positive decisions for their future
The programme focuses on practical life skills that support both personal wellbeing and educational success.

The Reset for Parents
For Parents
Give your teenager the tools most schools don't have time to teach.
THE RESET Schools Programme is now available directly to parents as an individual licence, the same curriculum-aligned programme built for schools, for one student, at home.
Why it's worth enrolling
Built for this age, built for real life
The programme is designed around what actually helps a teenager in the last years of school, not generic wellbeing content. Here's what changes for your family, and for them.
For you, as a parent
A way in.A structured, judgement-free space for your teenager to open up about what they're actually thinking and feeling, often more than they will at home.
Peace of mind.A structured, teacher-supervised programme, not an unsupervised app or forum.
No guesswork.Content is aligned to UK curriculum frameworks (PSHE/RSHE, HWB, LLW, RSE), so it complements what school already covers.
Clear boundaries. It's explicitly not therapy or counselling, so you always know what you're enrolling them in.
A calmer household.Better-regulated teenagers make for fewer flashpoints at home during exam years and beyond.
For your teenager
Self-awareness.Understanding their own emotional patterns before reacting to them.
Real confidence.Built through practice, not slogans, resilience they can actually feel under pressure.
Better relationships.Practical communication skills for friendships, family and first relationships.
Decision-making under pressure.Tools for exam stress, social pressure and the choices that come with turning 18.
The R.E.S.E.T. framework
Four sessions. One clear structure.
Self-Awareness & Emotional Intelligence
Recognising and understanding their own emotional responses.
Confidence & Resilience
Building genuine self-belief that holds up under pressure.
Healthy Relationships & Communication
Practical skills for friendships, family and early relationships.
Managing Pressure & Positive Decisions
Handling exam stress and making sound decisions independently.
Individual parent licence
One student. The full schools programme. A special individual rate.
This is the same Digital Cohort curriculum used by schools, licensed for a single student and enrolled directly by a parent, no school sign-up required.
