Building self-belief, managing setbacks and developing a resilient mindset.

Healthy Relationships & Communication
Boundaries, clear communication and navigating peer and social dynamics.
Session 04
Managing Pressure & Positive Decision-Making
Thinking clearly under pressure — managing risk, emotion and peer influence.
How It Works
- Five structured activities per session: welcome video, core teaching, written reflection, interactive quiz and personal action task
- Self-paced online delivery — fits tutor time, PSHE or enrichment slots
- Students access via any device — no specialist IT required
- Optional live sessions and in-person visits available as add-ons
