What happens next?
You’ll receive a WhatsApp message which will include a link to a questionnaire. Please complete this before your appointment.
You will need to make payment via the app.
If you require an invoice - please request this.

If you have booked an in person appointment, I will check and confirm your address with you or the location were you want to meet.
If you have booked a video session, you’ll receive a link to use for the call. This will be sent to you by email.
What happens if I cancel your appointment
I will always do my best to ensure your appointment is not cancelled, however, if it is cancelled with less than 48 hrs noticed, the below terms will apply:
If it was an in person appointment at your home or other location, you will be offered a video call at the original time if this is possible. This will be FREE and will not come out of your package of sessions. If you are unable to do this, you will be asked to book another in person session, and this will not come out of your package of sessions.
If a video call is not possible, you will be asked to book a new session, and you will get your next video session FREE of charge.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your session is confirmed only once payment is received.
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. No refunds are possible if canceled in less than 48 hours noticed as your appointment time is secured and unavailable to other clients or potential clients.

Sessions are non-refundable.
